The New Mutants was initially conceived of as the first in a trilogy of mutant horror films, and is intended to be the thirteenth installment in the X-Men film series. The Film stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Maisie Williams, Charlie Heaton, Henry Zaga, Blu Hunt, and Alice Braga. The New Mutants is scheduled to be released on August 2, 2019.
